Exhibitors Checklist
Before you ship your product samples to New York, please check to see that you have completed the following steps to insure a successfull shipment:
	1.Read all information that pertains to your shipment.
	2. Know the deadline to get your shipment to the consolidators facility. All Exhibitors
	3. Certificate of Origin & Certification for Human Consumption is completed for all food products and all exhibitors
	4. Pack Dry, Chilled & Frozen products seperately.
	5. Insulate frozen and chilled products to protect from heat and numerous handlings.
	6. Use labels supplied by forwarder on all cartons sent (red for dry, blue for frozen, and green for chilled). If insufficient quality of correct colored labels use photocopies. *Lables can be printed from http://www.cfi-lax.com/exhibitions.asp*
	7. Clearly mark the name of the supplier & exhibitor on each shipping labels. All Exhibitors
	8. Make sure your number each box at the bottom of the shipping label (1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.)
	9. Please type all shipping documents. Several can be completed on-line. All Exhibitors
	10. Complete a seperate shippers invoice for booth materials for your return shipments. All Exhibitors
	11. Complete all items and columns on the Shippers Invoice. You must have a small value for all items even though they are samples.
	12. If sending promotional materials with the consolidated shipments please be sure to itemize those items on the Shippers Invoice and list them as having a minimal value.
	13. Sign name and title under the declaration on each invoice - All Exhibitors
	14. COMPLETE ON YOUR LETTERHEAD FORMS INSIDE OF INSTRUCTIONS (REMEMBER WE CAN'T SEND YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT THE FAA POWER OF ATTORNEY)
	15. Complete workseet for all estimated costs - All Exhibitors Please email or fax the completed workseet to Commodity Forwarders prior to shipping so that we may review your calculations and any discrepancies can be resolved prior to shipping and not result in any unnecessary delays.
	16. Complete on your company letter head the Power of Attorney form for TSA. - All Exhibitors
	17. All cartons must be labeled as follows: "These are free samples for use by the A.T.O of the Consulate of the United States, Dubai, United Arab Emirates @ the Gulffood Show."
